Cincinnati 230-10 Twin Grip Centerless Grinder

When the ultimate in precision is required, the Cincinnati 230-10 Twin Grip centerless grinder is the natural choice. It is the stiffest machine that Cincinnati ever produced, with 100,000lbs of static stiffness per inch of wheel, allowing for minimal deflection and thus maximum precision. It is called a “Twin Grip” grinder as both the regulating wheel and grinding wheel spindles have outboard support bearings, compared to cantilevered spindles on other machines. If you require ultra-high precision or very demanding feed rates, then this is the machine for you.

Allways Precision can further refine and improve the already impressive 230-10 centerless grinder with a variety of CNC controls and automation. These upgrades can bring additional capability never before possible to the machine. Contact us today now to find out more about how we can help you.
