Centrifugal feeder systems can be the perfect parts handling solution for a multitude of part ranges that
require high feed rates with quick set ups. Centrifugal systems are designed to feed one or multiple machines in a cell. Each system is capable of self-monitoring the part flow between the bulk storage hopper, centrifugal feeder and the machine allowing for minimal operator input. The Centrifugal feeder is constructed of a stainless steel 2 cubic foot Hopper with belt driven part feed system and Rhino lining for extreme wear conditions. The hydraulic lift table is designed to allow height adjustments and ease of movement from one machine to another.
Grinder feed compensation options can provide a solution to "bumping" the handwheel allowing more accurate compensation increments. Teamed together with our gaging systems you can hold consistent and extremely accurate tolerances, up to 80 millionths (0.00008 in.)
